David, one of the best teaching golf professionals in the panhandle, presented with large areas of decay and a great deal of anxiety about dental treatment. David's past dental experiences had kept him from getting the smile he wanted and needed. Using anti-anxiety medication Dr. Salisbury was able to crown all of David's upper teeth and used a combination of bleaching and crowns to restore his lower teeth.
