Sam, a stock broker, presented with chipped, fractured and discolored teeth. He complained that they looked like old teeth. By placing empress porcelain crowns on his upper teeth Dr. Salisbury was able to give Sam a smile lift. In the future, Sam will receive veneers and crowns on the lower teeth, but for now he loves his new smile.
